Robertson Cooper are a team of workplace wellbeing experts dedicated to creating a positive work environment for everyone. We understand the complexities of workplace health and wellbeing and use our expertise and scientific knowledge to support organisations in fostering a positive work culture.

As part of Haleon’s Leading with Care programme for leaders, we need your participation in this questionnaire to gather valuable data on the health, safety and wellbeing culture within Haleon. The questionnaire is based on decades of research and is designed to evaluate the impact of work factors on health, wellbeing, and safety.

While the questionnaire is not a diagnostic tool for health conditions, by completing it, you will receive a confidential personal report with your wellbeing results and recommendations for areas of improvement. The personal reports are kept confidential and will not be shared with leadership or anybody else at Haleon. The individual results will be anonymised and aggregated into an overall report to provide insights into common themes across workgroups. This will enable leaders to see what is culturally is working well and the areas that need development. Leaders who have less than 5 respondents who complete a questionnaire, will not receive an aggregated report for their team.

Who is Robertson Cooper?

Robertson Cooper is an independent organisation, specialising in workplace wellbeing. Our mission is to create more good days at work and we work with companies of all sizes to measure and improve the wellbeing of their employees.

Is everything confidential?

Yes, it is. Only you have access to your personalised feedback reports, unless you choose to share them with someone like a colleague or friend. Robertson Cooper are Occupational Psychologists and are bound by a professional code of practice, of which employee confidentiality is a core part. In practice, this means that we won’t share your individual results with anyone in a way that identifies you.
